We collect and store the files Registered users upload download or access with the Service. If you are a User and do not have a registered for account, your Files will be automatically deleted in 30 days (except for those Files submitted to other Subscribers).

The eSign PDF website and Services are not intended for children under 13, and eSign PDF does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years old through its website.
